Introductory information

In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) , the following are rules for the processing of personal data of Users of the website located at the address: “https://trademarketing.info.pl” (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Data collected

The Administrator only collects the necessary data to run the Website and enable users to use its functionality.

The Administrator uses the mechanism of “cookie” files, which are saved by the Administrator’s server on the hard disk of the User’s terminal device, while Users use the Website pages.

The Administrator also collects information about the User’s e-mail address, however, only and exclusively after its voluntary provision by each User when registering on the Website or subscribing to the Newsletter.

In the case of filling in the contact form, the subject of personal data processing is: (i) first and last name, (ii) the User’s e-mail address.

The purpose of personal data processing

The use of “cookies” is aimed at correct and faster operation of the Website on end users’ devices. This mechanism does not adversely affect the operation of the end device of the User and does not cause any configuration changes in the Users’ end devices or in the software installed on these devices. “Cookies” are not used to identify Users, but are used to: (i) remember information about Users’ end devices; (ii) verification and development of its offer; (iii) collecting statistical data.

The e-mail address serves the purpose of assigning individual Users to a personal account on the Website and enabling the Website Administrator to identify individual Users using the individually tailored capabilities of the Website. First of all, registered Users have the option of adding comments to the content posted on the Website, and also enables Users to contact their Administrator through the Website.

If the User uses the Website from the Newsletter, the e-mail address allows the Administrator to send the latest information about the activity and the Service itself.

The processing of the e-mail address and name given in the form is used only to identify the User and to make a return contact in the form of an e-mail.

Entities to whom the Administrator may disclose personal data

Service Users’ data may be transferred to entities processing them at the request of the Administrator, ie the IT Service operator, marketing agencies, sub-contractors of Administrator services and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – only if they make a request based on an appropriate legal basis.

The rights of the User in relation to the collected data

The User has the right to:

  1. access to his data, including obtaining a copy of the data,

  2. request for correction of data,

  3. deletion of data (may be limited by other legal provisions),

  4. lodging a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data,

  5. withdrawal of consent to the extent that the data is processed on this basis.

If the User’s data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the service provided, the User may request the transfer of personal data, understood as receiving from the Administrator personal data, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format to transfer them to another administrator of personal data.

The User may at any time obtain information about the data collected by the Administrator, and at the same time may demand rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing. The User also has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and to object to the processing of personal data by the Administrator or his partners.

Each processing of your data is based on the applicable legal norm. The legal basis for data processing in order to provide services, including their improvement and ensuring their security is indispensable for the performance of contracts for their provision (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). The contract for the provision of electronic services takes place in the form of accepting the regulations, located on the Website. The basis for making statistical measurements and the Administrator’s own marketing is his legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR). The processing of personal data for marketing purposes by third parties takes place only on the basis of the User’s voluntary consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a).
